Police, fire and ambulance services called to crash in Wroughton – This Is Wiltshire

EMERGENCY SERVICE crews raced to Wroughton after being called to reports of a crash.

The fire service responded to a report of a person trapped in their vehicle after a road traffic collision between two vehicles at around 4.50pm this afternoon.

When firefighters arrived, they were not needed because no-one was trapped and they then left the area.

Police and paramedics are at the scene near Ellendune Community Centre.

A witness said: “Big accident by crossing junction. Avoid if possible. I nearly got run over on the crossing on the way home due to the chaos.”
