An 18-year-old Ohio man has been arrested on state and federal charges after investigators said he made threats against federal law enforcement and Planned Parenthood, USA Today reports. According to an FBI affidavit posted by Youngstown Vindicator, Alaska-based FBI agents in February began monitoring the iFunny account of Justin Olsen, who posted under the name “ArmyOfChrist.” In June, “ArmyOfChrist” posted, “In conclusion, shoot every federal agent on sight,” when he engaged with another iFunny user about the siege of a Branch Davidians compound in Waco, Texas, in 1993.

In July, the account was linked to Olsen. This month, an FBI investigator found more online posts from Olsen, including one that urged “don’t comply with gun laws, stock up on stuff they could ban,” and “even the Oklahoma City bombing shows that armed resistance is a viable method of political change.”Olsen was arrested on state charges Aug. 7 and told the FBI his posts were “only a joke.” The report says Olsen gave the FBI consent to search his bedroom in his father’s house in Boardman, Oh., where officers found 10,000 rounds of ammo, 15 rifles (including assault rifles), shotguns and 10 semi-automatic pistols. Olsen faces state charges of telecommunications harassment and aggravated menacing, and a federal charge of threatening a federal law enforcement officer.
