Surfleet Road in Pinchbeck has re-opened following a two-car crash.
The road had been closed at Surfleet Bridge between White Cross Lane and Park Lane after the accident at 2.17pm, which saw a woman trapped in a car after it rolled over.
Firefighters from both Spalding crews rushed to the scene and removed the front windscreen using small tools to release the casualty. It is believed she suffered only minor injuries.
Traffic in the area was very slow between Belnie and Pinchbeck as motorists were diverted on to the A16.
The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance was called and a spokesperson said: “Our crew arrived and treated patients on the scene. They were not required to airlift and returned to base just before 3.15pm.
“The life-saving work of the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is only possible thanks to the generosity of local people who continue to support our Charity.”
