London news: Balham Hill stabbing leaves teen in critical condition | Daily Star – Daily Star
The 18-year-old victim was found with a knife wound following the attack in Balham Hill, Wandsworth.
He was flown to hospital by London Air Ambulance and remains in a life-threatening condition.
Police were called just after 6pm on as the road was cordoned off.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “The Injured male was taken by Helicopter Emergency Medical Service to a west London hospital.
“Officers from South West Command Unit investigated.”

No arrests have been made.

It comes a week after Chancellor Philip Hammond announced an additional £100 million in funding in a bid to tackle the knife crime crisis.
The government has come under pressure to increase please funding after a spate of fatal stabbings.
But London mayor Sadiq Khan described the money as just “a drop in the ocean”.
He said: “Cuts have consequences and the government needs to urgently give our police the funding they desperately need.
According to the National Audit Office, total funding for forces in England and Wales reduced by 19% in real terms from 2010/11 to 2018/19.
Officer numbers have also fallen by around 20,000 since 2010.
2018 was London’s bloodiest year for knife crime in almost a decade.
The number of murders reached 135.
Three teenagers have already lost their lives this year in the capital.
On Monday, a knife-wielding thug was shot by police after slashing an officer in an attack in east London.
