A young man is fighting for his life in hospital and three more have been arrested following a stabbing in north London.
The victim, police said, is currently fighting for life after being stabbed in Enfield.
Officers and the London Ambulance service raced to Green Street at about 12.40am on Tuesday to reports of a stabbing.
The young man was found with stab injuries and was rushed to hospital.
A spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Police said: “He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital where he is in a critical condition.
“Three men, aged 24, 26 and 27, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder. They have been taken into custody.”
The violent attack is the second instance of knife crime in north London in just days after a teen was stabbed to death in a hair salon in Wood Green on Friday.
Police said at this stage “there is no information to indicate” the two attacks are linked.
