A BURGLAR who stole a bike and booze from an Orford home has been spared jail.
Sebastian Komorowski stole hundreds of pounds worth of goods during a break-in at the property on South Avenue.
But he was spared jailed at Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday, January 29, after admitting burglary.
The 28-year-old, of Tyne Close in Orford, stole a bicycle and bottles of alcohol while trespassing at the house on Sunday, May 20, last year.
Goods taken were valued at a total of £835.
Komorowski was handed a 15-month imprisonment suspended for two years last week and ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work.
He will be required to complete an offenders’ rehabilitation programme and pay a £140 victim surcharge, having also been subjected to a 7pm to 7am curfew.
