One person sent to hospital with life threatening injuries after accident with DOT plow – KGAN TV
DUBUQUE COUNTY, Iowa —
Just before 4 o’clock Saturday, the Dubuque County Sheriff’s office was called to Highway 20 and Sandstone lane for a two-vehicle accident involving an Iowa DOT snow plow.
Police say the plow was clearing snow along the shoulder of Highway 20 when it was rear ended by a car that lost control on the snow-covered roadway.
The person who rear ended the plow was sent to the hospital with life threatening injuries, their name has not been released.
The accident is still under investigation.
