FORT MYERS, Fla. – A gas station clerk is accused of making a false robbery report and working with a second suspect.
Deputies said around midnight, they received a call to Murphy Gas Station on Pine Island Road in North Fort Myers. The cashier, Cheyenne Williams, said a man demanded cigarettes, scratch-off tickets and cash.
According to deputies, a K-9 lead deputies to Keith Cooper, and investigator determined Williams was involved in the robbery. Both are currently facing charges.
