Man, 40, to appear in court in connection with burglary and theft offences

A 40-year-old man is due in court today, Thursday, charged in connection with a number of burglary and theft offences.

Alan Jackson, of Broomhill Avenue, Ilkeston, is set to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court.

He has been charged in connection with the theft of a Mercedes, and a Ford Focus, in Leake Road, Gotham, on October 30.

Jackson has also been charged following the theft of registration plates from a BMW in Leake Road, Gotham, on October 30.

And he has been charged with failing to stop when directed by a police officer in Wollaton Vale on October 27.
