WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE) – West Monroe police are asking for your help to find a woman who allegedly used someone’s bank card after that card was stolen in a vehicle burglary.
According to their Facebook page, the report was filed on Sept. 23rd, 2018. They say the victim’s bank card was used shortly thereafter. The identity of the person is unknown at this time, but police did manage to get an image from a surveillance video.
