FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Fort Wayne Police have arrested a man they say robbed a north-central credit union Tuesday evening.
Police arrested 20-year old Tehran Neeley hours after the incident. He’s charged with robbing the 3Rivers Federal Credit Union branch at 1130 East State Boulevard just after 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Investigators said Neeley passed a note to a teller, then ran out the front door with some cash. Police took him into custody near Northside Pool.
One customer was inside the credit union at the time of the robbery, along with several employees. No one was injured. In addition to the robbery charge Neeley has also been charged with resisting law enforcement.
